How do I change my EFT giving?
Contact Larry Bright: 1-866-547-2460 or larry_bright@ntm.org. Please let him know if you change banks, so you can continue your involvement. You can also make changes such as adding a missionary’s ministry or a project, or increasing or decreasing the amount you give.
Can I set up EFT giving online?
For your protection, NTM requires your signature before NTM will begin transferring money from your bank account, so you need to print the form and then mail or fax it to NTM (instructions are on the form).
Can I give quarterly or annually by EFT?
Automatic contributions are available only for monthly gifts. You may choose to have contributions deducted on the 3rd or 15th of the month.
When will monthly contributions be deducted from my account?
You may choose to have contributions deducted on the 3rd or 15th of the month. They will never be deducted before those dates. They may be deducted a few days later if the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday (or if your bank delays debiting your account).
What if a mistake is made?

How do I find out my financial institution’s routing number?
The most reliable way to find out the correct routing number is to contact your financial institution and ask.
How do I find out my donor number?
Filling out this line on the form is optional. NTM will look up your donor number if you do not have yours memorized. If you have not donated to NTM before, you will not have a donor number yet. If you are a current donor, that number is printed on each monthly receipt. If you have given to NTM before but cannot locate a receipt, you can simply leave the line blank, and NTM will look it up.
How do I find out my missionary’s account number?
Chris and Evie’s Account Number is 202103, but filling out this line on the form is optional. NTM will look up the missionary account number for you. If you are a current donor, that number is printed on each monthly receipt.
How will I keep track of my donations if you’re deducting them automatically?
You will continue to receive monthly receipts and a year-end receipt for tax purposes.
Why should I choose EFT over recurring credit card donations?
You should choose the method for giving that best serves you. Many donors choose EFT when they learn that 3.1% credit card transaction feesare charged to missionary accounts. (Partners still receive a tax-deductible receipt for the full amount of the gift.)
Why should I choose EFT over my bank’s bill-pay service?
You should choose the method for giving that best serves you. While bill-paying services provide you with similar benefits to EFTs, they are more time-consuming and costly for NTM to process. Because bill-pay service checks arrive without the mail-in portion of your monthly receipt, each one must be processed by hand, a process than often takes longer than processing a check, and far longer than processing an EFT contribution. In addition, banks charge the check processing fee, which is higher than the EFT fee. Giving by EFT instead of a bill-pay service frees resources for ministry.
